Dear Sir/Madam,
I have buy a flat and is being handed over by builder but, the completion certificate or Possession letter not issued till date.
however as per the agreement the builder has provided Solar water heater system to all flat owners. But, not a single day the warm water were provided, now due to some circumstances the Solar tubes are broken and the builder is asking to change the same with our own costs.
Please suggest, If we have not used it for single day then, how can builder ask the same under maintenance.? Was this information helpful? |
