Abhinav — denial of refund

From Abhinav Mr. Amit screened my CV and advice me you are eligible for the Australia PR on Oct; 2019. I paid full amount same time to start with the procedure.

Then he said me to IELTS is required for 7 band, go for it. Before 6.5 was eligible for the PR. Than they said not eligible.

I asked for refund on Feb 2020, but they denied.

Now from past whole month i am trying to pull out my money but they are denying.

Ms. Pranita Shetty first said higher management will revert, now she denied to refund.

I paid 59000/- on 21/11/2019. and doing follow up from very long time but could not find any help towards the same.
