Abhinav Outsourcings Pvt. Ltd. — Regarding Refund

I approached Abhinav, Bangalore in the month of August 2014 to proceed with my FSWP Canadian Immigration application. At the time of application filing the representative Mr Suresh told me that in an event that your application does not get submitted due to quota filling up, then 70% of the consultation fees will be refunded. My place of birth is Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, and I did not have my birth certificate available at that time. Srikant from the bangalore office is also aware that this was the only thing which was pending in the documentation as i had already given my ielts etc and was ready for filing.September 2014, Jammu and Kashmir state suffered its worst floods ever.Only after municipal office opened in the month of November, was i able to procure my Birth Certificate. My application did not make it to the embassy because of quota filling up for noc 2281. I received this communication from the embassy on 25th of FEB .I have been following up with Suresh immediately after that day. He has kept me in waiting and misleading and delaying the same. My experience with Abhinav has been highly disappointing. Except Srikant, most of the staff in Bangalore office is poorly skilled in communication, follow ups. All applicants receive are predefined templates sent once in 2 months by Farah. There is not even an effort to even make sure the recipients are addressed properly. I do not want to continue with Abhinav any more and would like to have my money refunded per the commitment of their executives.Because of the targets and pressures on their sales executives, they seem to falsely commit refund percentages and lure applicants in simply swiping their credit cards for that upfront payment. --Shashank
