I booked a aeroplane ticket on 30th May of Rs 6839 and it got cancelled without letting me know the reason and I got a call saying that due to busy server or technical issue this happen. Thereafter, I need to book another ticket of Rs 8359 on the same date. There was a huge price difference. It must be I got some offers on my first booking on your site. Why my earlier ticket got cancelled and later one got accepted?
I want the refund of Rs 6839 that hasn't been initiated yet. I also want to get the price difference of both the tickets.
