Ablaze Info Solutions — refund of points which were initially allocated to me

I had purchased epoints worth rs. 57, 500?- from this company (Social trade) which had its office in noida. During the initial period, i got some returns but later they shifted to a new website. Then they stopped paying for the clicks as they used to do earlier.
I have the utr number and the details of my social trade id. Please tell me to whom should i submit the details for refund of the amount.
