I have joined st with STP 100 due to some problems claimed refund and refund accepted since 18th January 2017
But I have not recieved the refund yet
Please help me out with the same as I need the investment money of Rs 57500 very urgently

Please find below msg recieved from them for acceptance of refund request but there is no response from them after that
