Dear Sir/Mam,
I have joined Social Trade on 03/12/2016 and my ID is 62097165. Due to some problem, i had submitted for refund on 06/12/2016 in Help Center at Social Trade site and also i got a message as your Refund is approval.
But still yet I have not received the refund amount 57500. Please refund me the amount, as I have very urgent requirement. It is already more than 25 days.
As per refund policy I had apply for Refund within 10 days. After approval of the refund from Refund Team, User will get settled amount within the next 15 days in their Bank Account. But still yet I have not received the refund amount 57500 . So please refund the amount.
The ticket ID on dated[protected] was query no 95903. As it is showing.
