Abn Amro Bank (Now Phoenix Arc Pvt Ltd) — false billing by bank resulting in bad cibil score

I was having an abn amro card (Which is now phoenix arc pvt ltd) from 2004 to 2006. We had some disputes between us in 2006 due to false billing and i decided to cancel my relation with the bank. I immediately stopped using my card and tried to convince the bank people lots and lots of time thru emails to rectify the bill and send the correct bill. But no one in the bank didn’t even bothered to reply my mails also. So eventually i stopped payment.in 2006 bank issued me a new card also but i didnt used it too.
Then after some time i started receiving many threat calls from recovery agencies to ask for payment.. One day some guy called me that he is calling from abn amro bank and wants to settle my account with a minimum settlement amount and will provide me noc of the bank hand to hand. I called him at my place and paid him cash and took noc copy of abn amro bank. But after few days i again started getting threat calls from the recovery agencies of the bank telling that the noc which i am having is fake and and i have to pay the amount again.
Since that day i have forgotten abn amro bank and declared it as a fraudulent bank. Since then i have taken lots and lots of loans in my name and all successfully payed. I am also having few credit cards which are successfully running from past many years and paid time to time. But unfortunately my cibil score has been effected by this fraudulent abn amro bank.
I have all emails copies, noc letter, and cash receipts with me as evidence. Please help in getting out of this mess and to improve my cibil score.
