With Lot of Hope, i am writing this complaint letter to you and to provide some resolution on the issue and insight on forgery happening in City of Joy (Our Kolkata)
! This is to bring at your kind attention !
I am Biswanath Ghosh, currently working in an IT Firm, Bangalore and writing this letter on behalf of my mother (Pranati Ghosh, W/O Late A N Ghosh)
She (my mother) had booked a plot about 2880 sq.ft (4 cottah) in Baruipur Enclave (Dag:45, Khatian:14, JL No: 154, Mouza: Pirkhali, Bishnupur -Julpia Gram) with an amount 3.52 Lakh (Three Lakh and Fifty Two Thousand) from ABS Land Development (Director: Mr. Tapan Ghosh/Abhijit Chowdhury) and was suppose to handover it by 2016 with thousand dreams.
Even it was told that they would hand over the plot with proper cemented fencing, the entire area would be developed by them which would eventually appreciate the plot value. All fake promises have been made to my poor old parents and had failed in there commitment.After so many years there is no development done and still deserted.
Later, we complained and reached out to their office and management several times and requested to refund the money (with compensation of current interest) due to undeveloped, deserted and abandoned plot. But no such action has been taken so far.
Currently and due to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice by snatching money from innocent and common persons, I personally request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the management and Directors. Request you to please help us (common man) to get the money refunded with compensation of interest.
