Dear Xpressbees Support Team,

I am writing to urgently report a fraudulent shipment delivered by your team today under Cash on Delivery (COD), and to request that you immediately stop further payment processing to the seller.

I have paid the delivery boy the full amount of Rs. 699/- in cash. However, upon opening the package, the product inside is completely incorrect and does not match my order. Since I have been delivered a wrong/fraudulent item, I request you to hold the remittance of this amount to the merchant/seller and initiate an investigation.

I have attached a photo of the shipping label (267708.jpg) along with a photo of the incorrect item I actually received for your verification..

i have highlighted the same issues to the Mediater Delivery company(Xpressbees).

they help me with the seller name "Anil Kumar" and Company Name "Abstract Impact Private Limited" Based on Haryana.

there is no official identity of company who created fake e commerce page for mis selling and sending fake product .

Requested Action:
I request that this complaint be registered against Abstract Impex Private Limited. I am seeking an immediate investigation into this fraudulent activity and a full refund of Rs. 699/-. not only refund i want to blacklististed such fraud companies and pay compensation to customer .I have attached the shipping label and photos of the incorrect item received as evidence."
