On 13/06/2026 I received my order. I ordered Oneplus nord buds 2R on 09/06/2026 from abuggy.com worth 990?.
Order number is #12421APL

When I received my parcel I opened it, on the box of the buds, it was written that I'll receive 1N ONEPLUS NORD BUDS 2R.
1N USER GUIDE 1N SAFETY AND WARRANTY CARD, 1N BRAND STICKER IN CHARGE CABLE 4N EARTIPS.
1N RED CABLE CLUB WELCOME CARD.

But I only received 1N ONEPLUS NORD BUDS 2R. And in charge cable. Nothing else with it. Not even a warranty card. Which made me unsatisfied with their service.
I already filed multiple complaints and tried calling them multiple times, sent texts on whatsapp, but didn't receive a reassuring response from them.
I want to return the product. And want my refund.
This company is total fraud. I just want my money back.
