Requesting attention of all investors, owners, self employed persons who had invested in ABW Business bay on NH 08, Near Toll, Gurgaon, Haryana.
ABW GROUP led by Mr.Bansal have misappropriated our hard earned money and there is no construction going on at site for last 4 years.As a matter of fact on our last site visit, the contractor was taking away even the scafoldings. So there is no plan by the builder to complete the construction in the forseeable future.
So friends we have no choice but to take legal action against this builder.
