This website academyleaders.com claims low cost course lifetime access i purchased video editing course from them then they gave am option in the mail that you have to purchase abode photoshop i selected a low photoshop of Rs 849+Rs 350 when I texted them they made me wait when I called them they cut the call after long time I got a response that you have purchased a wrong photoshop putting a blame on me that we already told you to purchase 899 you made a wrong purchase i said i did not like the service you have provided and asked for a refund they told me we will provide the login details and they told me you have purchased a wrong photoshop after you get login details then you can apply for refund still no reply for my login details they are not responding it is a fraud and cheat website they took my money and didn't arrange any refund.It is cheating.

Yes the same thing happened to me, I paid a total of 2100 rupees, they told me the exact thing what is mentioned above. They first ask you to pay 350 and then once you are done paying the initial amount. to download to softwares they will ask for another 849 rupees from their website, once you pay that amount they say its different you have selected incorrect amount then to get a refund of the previous amount they will ask you to pay 899. once you pay the amount there is no email confirmation, when you check with these people they say that their advisor will call you.

Academy learners are the number one fraud company. They dont have any course or nothing. They are in online platform to cheat people. Even the email they mentioned will not work. I have paid 5000 rs for an course. no acess nothing was provided.
I want to fail a complaint how to do that can anyone help please.
