I Manjit Sarma bought a residential plot (Site No.242, Katha No-116/242) of dimension 30*56 from Accent Properties(Project-UR CASTLES), Bangalore and registered it on 19th May, 2012.The plot was released during the time of purchasing and now it is not released by BMRDA. Iam repeatedly requesting Builder-Ravindra nad Ashok Reddy to solve my issue, but they have not taken any single action to resolve it.Also the same issue is happening with lot of other customers.Every time we approach the builder they just bluf[censored]s telling something new.Now 5 years already over.
Also as per the BMRDA norms, they are supposed to develop the plot with markations, drainage line and water supply within 6 months of time. But till date the developer Ashok Reddy and Ravindra have not started any development work on my plot - 242.The issue with same with all the plots of the Ur Castle project.
Hence I am hereby lodging a complaint against Ravindra and Ashok Reddy of Accent Properties(Project-UR CASTLE)for the incomplete development and forgery act.
