Accenture Solutions Private Limited — PF Transfer Issue

Hi Team,

I was an employee of Accenture Solutions Private Limited bearing my Employee ID: 11291122 and my Last working day in Accenture Was 31-JAN-2020.

When I tried to transfer the EPF balance to the new Organization, it was rejected. To know about the reson why it got rejected, I had raised a greivance in EPFiGMS portal(https://epfigms.gov.in/) on 27/06/2020 bearing the Registration Number : BANIV/E/2020/20294. EPFiGMS team replied with the following comment :
"With reference to your application it is to inform you that your previous transfer is received from
WBCAL[protected] to Present establishment.As per provisions of Employees Pension Scheme 1995 you
are eligible for membership of Pension Scheme. But M/s. Accenture Solution Pvt Ltd had not extended the same to
you and remitted contribution in pension fund. Entire share of employer contribution remitted in PF instead of
bifurcating PF and EPS for your membership period. Hence your transfer claim was rejected. The matter has already
been communicated to the establishment with a direction to submit clarification and request for correction in members
account along with revised monthly returns in the form of monthly ECR. The reply from the establishment is awaited.
The matter is pending with the establishment. Your claim will be settled only after receipt of requisite clarification and
request letter for correction in your PF account with revised monthly ECR."

I had sent tons of emails. But every time they Either reply with the same comment, or they don't reply. Intially there was a helpdesk number for that but since last 6 months that too is not working.

I'm not sure how long this will take but I can't wait for indefinite period. It was my hard earned considerable amount in there moreover after three years it will not gain any interest. I am very worried so request you to kindly look after the matter with great importance.
