I have resigned from organization on 20 july 2022 as per organization forced me to resigned as per discussion one day resigned still i have not recieved last salary if organization forced resigned as per wages code they supposed to provide reliving letter and salary within 2 days but still i have not recieved as well as as per CTC they deduct 10 % from CTC for bonus that also provide in FNF amount
As per new wages code which was implement from july 01, 2022 still not recieved my last salary.
As per new wages code if employer forced me to resign he suppose to provide salary with all incentive and leaves causal sick and earned le salary as they not allowed to take leaves if we take any leave they marked LOP so provide slary for causal sick and earned also. Asper my last working day from basic 10% they deducted and all leaved 30 so i am hoping for 30000+ salary remaining with access healthcare they suppose to provide me Was this information helpful? |
