I had booked a cargo of personal items for USA through Accord Global. They were informed that the cargo weight is approximately 40 kg. There pick people arrived and picked up cargo in plastic bags. Some of the cargo was lost and also damaged. We lodged a complaint through mail address taken from their website. However there is no response from Accord Global. It seems they are unscrupulous operators and hence have no concept of custmer service. Only way to recover damage from them is through consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
