I am writing this complaint to express my frustration with Accor Hotels and Novotel Khopoli regarding their complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
I am an Accor Live Limitless (ALL) member, eligible for complimentary stay nights and vouchers. I have been trying to book a staycation at Novotel Khopoli using these membership benefits, but despite multiple attempts, there has been absolutely no response from the hotel. I reached out via email, phone, and even posted a public tweet tagging Accor’s official handles, but received no acknowledgment or assistance.
To make matters worse, the only reply I eventually got was an AI-generated automated message that completely ignored the context of my issue. This shows a blatant lack of concern for genuine customer queries and a clear breakdown of service for members who have put their trust in the brand.
This experience has been exhausting, disrespectful, and deeply disappointing — especially coming from a global brand like Accor that promotes customer loyalty and premium service.
I am requesting the following:
1. A formal apology for the unresponsiveness and automated handling of my complaint.
2. Immediate assistance in booking my stay at Novotel Khopoli using my eligible membership benefits.
3. Action against the staff or support process responsible for this negligence.
