Accu chek blood glucose testing strips i bought for rs 799/- before october 2018 which contains 50 strips had become useless. I had only used 3 or 4 strips. When i called the customer care they told me to send me the device to them. I couriered the device to their address and they replaced me with another one, but the strips are still not working. So i called them back and they told me to throw away the old strips which i bought it for rs 799/- and buy a new pack of strips and check it again.
How can i get the strips replaced.
