We are Flash Advertising and Marketing Agencies, Ernakulam writing on behalf of our sister concern Ace Innovative Products Unlimited, Delhi regarding a serious issue related to GST input for consignments booked during the month of December 2025.
We had booked 29 consignments from Delhi to various branches of our customer during December 2025. However, our customer has informed us that the GST input has not been updated against their GST number for these consignments.
As advised by your booking branch, we contacted your Registered Office and spoke with your GST Accounts department. As per their nstructions, we submitted all required details via email on 19th February 2026.
Since we did not receive any response, we have been continuously trying to contact your GST Accounts department on the registered office number (2–3 times daily), but unfortunately, we have not been able to connect with the concerned person.
We again sent a reminder email with complete details today morning on 25th February 2026, marking a copy to the Registered Office email ID mentioned on your website. However, we have still not received any acknowledgment or resolution.
This matter is extremely urgent as it is affecting our customer’s GST input credit and business operations. We request you to:
Confirm receipt of our previous emails.
Update the GST details immediately.
Provide written confirmation once the correction has been completed.
Kindly treat this matter as most urgent and resolve the issue at the earliest to avoid further escalation.
