These ### sent me a open box power bank and charged me 1500. When I raised a complaint, they arranged a return pickup but never sent a replacement. Iâve written multiple emails and tried to reach them on their dead phone number. They never responded. These kind of guys are the reason why we are trusting only companies like Amazon and Flipkart.
