I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the lack of compliance with the membership benefits and services this company offered. Despite being a valued member, I have not received the complementary services and benefits that were promised.
"Complementary services" Not provided as promised & Not updates other benifits as agreed upon
Furthermore, I have experienced numerous instances where this office was closed without prior notice, and I was not updated on the status of my membership or services. Now phone number also not Recived, not reachable & no response from April 2025
