Honorable sir,
i am mrs. Sutapa kundu, resident of west bengal. I had admission in ali college of education under acharja nagarjuna university for the session of[protected]. I was also attend to my final exam thoroughly as per university instructions. On the 15th of february, 2016, our b.Ed results had released. But it is very painful to me that, while searching my results i found that my results are shown "al" or announced later. Thatswhy i want to know i want to know the reasons behind that "al" denotes? If it is stays like that what are the steps i have follow to get my results cleared? Please give me some right path/way to get my results.

I have applied for B.Sc Original Degree(Reg. No: Y[protected] in Acharya Nagarjuna University on Dec1st, 2015. They told, it will take one month. After long wait, visited Pariksha bhavan again on 7th Jan, 2016, they verified and said, it is already handed over to Postal department. When I & My cousin checked separately with postal department in Unviersity campus. It was delivered from their end. When we asked for tracking number, they said no tracking no. will be provided as it is normal post. After charging much amount, they are not even concerning about students future and their certificates. Why can't they go with speed post/ register post. Never want to join in such university's affiliated college. Without tracking number how can anybody track their certificates. If lost means, lost...what an embarrassing situation.

Sir I am Uttam Barman and I have admitted Acharya Nagarjuna University few months ago and it's now exam time, in between I don't received any doc or other materials for exam. Now when I got notification for exam found that exam will be on Weekdays which is really tough to attend for working professional. As I am working professional in IT company I can't take exam for 30 days on weekdays which is not cleared on admission time and when I checked other university like IGNOU they are conducting on weekends which is great. Due to that I talked to [protected]@anuonline.ac.in and [protected]@anuonline.ac.in, when i ask for cancellation of admission, they clearly told me that total amount paid at admission time not to refunded anyway. Now my concern is I don't received any documents or materials and none else i.e any class then when I want to cancel admission then why my admission fees not to be refunded which is not ethical. Why not university providing any flexibility for candidates. They can charge for admission but can't take whole admission fees. I have applied for B.Pharm consolidated marks memo on March 31, 2015.They told that it takes 1 month to get the memo.They have not given any receipt of application when asked.They simply told me that receipt is not necessary and memo will be sent by post.But I havenot received my memo till date.These people willingly dont send the memos for months together, and when the candidate approaches the Pariskha Bhavan, they ask for bribe.Only after paying the bribe, do we get the memos.Same thing happened to many of my friends. Tried reaching on the given customer care number but its not reachable, please ensure you give the correct number so that the we don't have any issues or problem in reaching you guys. We are not from then same place to come to university directly.

I have completed My. Tech in NU university in July 2009. In 2009, I paid challan and submitted application. But, I didn't get OD certificate. I have asked them for OD certificate, they told that we already sent certificate. But I didn't get the OD. Then I asked for proof of registered post and they told that ask other one. we have sent, prreThen they told me to get Fir copy, we will give the duplicate one. In that latest fir system, I have enquired in e-seva, they told that we need xerox copy of OD required. I have no solution to get my OD certificate. Please help me in these.
