I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and anger in purchasing a car policy (Policy number dccr[protected]/04). At the time of purchase, the support team told me for each claim i need to give a file charge amount of 1000 only (No other additional charge) and unlimited claims. Now after purchasing the policy, i am regularly receiving a phone call from your customer care support, where they told me that for each claim i need to pay rs[protected] fixed charges + 1000 file charge) for taking a claim. They told me to cancel this policy and buy another expensive policy (Higher amount policy).
Your customer care representatives selling policies to customers by making them fool. First, they do fake promises that the policy having all the best features in only a file charge amount of rs 1000 and after selling policy they ask for upgrading the policy or buy for a new policy and tell actual policy benefits.
