Acme Data — Not extending DOJ

Hi Team

I was given a offer with DOJ within 60 days by HR(Monisha Gopal) and I was sure that my 90 days notice period will not be negotiable.

I requested her to give post 90 days only but she was like as of now you accept once not worked out I will change it.

On approaching her at the end of August she was like no it cannot be changed and you tell me is this the way the big firms work.
