Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair and also refreshing.
The CEO, Charlin is a great guy and cares about what we do and our integrity. The CEO also goes out of his way to say hello and see if you’re ok which I think is great.
We also have VP's Cyril and Joshua who care about the employee and make the work easy.
Lav is helpful and understanding to feel employees more comfortable.
I had very good friends to have more fun at work.
