Acpc — for refund of fees

Last year, in first round i got admission in gec modasa and paid rs.1500 for admission, then i took part in next round and got admission in ahmedabad university and paid the subsequent rs.18500. But i didn't report for admission as i took admission in hyderabad. And so, i requested numerous times for my refund, but in vain. Kindly look into this matter and tell me what to do.
