Acpc — refund of admission fee online payment failed

I have paid Online transaction for payment of admission fee Rs.20000/- for PG course ME /M Tech to admission Committee of professional course Ahmedabad Gujarat state but admission was not confirmed and amount of Rs 20188/- deducted from my credit card.

Please refund the amount as transaction failed and not reached at marchant
