The claim withdrawal form submitted in the month of October 2016 & I am still waiting for my claim amount. There is no any claim submitted in noida PF office till date as confirmed by Noida PF office. I contacted to this employer many time but no satisfactory answer received. Also I sent many email to them but nobody replied me till date.
I request you to take legal action against Acreaty Management Consultant Pvt Ltd & help me to get my PF amount.
