I purchased Razer Opus X headphones from Amazon (Invoice Number:MAA[protected] on September 18, 2023. The product, suffering from a manufacturing defect, was sent to ACRO RMA for replacement on November 5, 2023. Despite ACRO RMA's assurance of replacement within a week, it has been over two months with no concrete updates on the status. Their unavailability of stock, absence of a timeline for delivery, and refusal of a product voucher or refund as alternatives while the warranty nears expiration are concerning. Attempts to seek clarification via email remain unanswered. I request urgent intervention to compel ACRO RMA to fulfill their obligation by promptly providing a replacement or equivalent resolution.
