I had planned a trip to maldives & i was looking for emergency assistance services ( if needed) there, but post buying in next 10-15 mins, i called them but none responded.
I immediately followed up to cancel the services & refund but no one is responding.
I asked to cancel the policy before going ( just after doing online payment)
