Action Construction Equipment Limited — Defective forklifts trucks

We had purchased two Forklifts with Machine No. - F[protected] and Invoice No. - 2015-16/400811 and Machine No. - F[protected] and Invoice No. - 2015-16/400810 from Action Construction Equipments Ltd through Jain Sales Corporation after paying a sum of Rs 24, 30, 322 for commercial use.
Both the forklifts were delivered defective and damaged. These were repaired multiple times by ACE service centers at 15-20 times in a span of 2.5 months and eventually broke down and not in usable state. We tried contacting the representatives from ACTION CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LTD through phone and mails but didn't get any reply from them. Had taken these vehicles on 75% loan and we are facing a lot of issues for payment of the EMIs
