I have ordered product from Adah Style on 26 June, 2022 vide order no. AS2202 as COD and received the order on 30 June, 2022 paid Rs. 2699 via Gpay on date of delivery. Immediately after opening the order, I raised request for return and watsapp the return return. But unfortunately they stopped replying since then. I have called them many times & also messaged them, no response. Its been 5 days now and no response. I have emailed also on 1st June, 2022 followed by reminder email on 04 June, 2022 but no response.
I have gone through their refund policy and it says - QUOTE "We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return" UNQUOTE. Acc. I have raised a return request on date of receipt of my order.
I have attached watsapp conversation & call records for your refernce.
