.Congratulations, You have now become a registered employee in E-Project Advertising Team. We will be guiding you in achieving your highest income. Read carefully the following: • This is not a target-oriented job after you have completed the whole training. You are free to post any number of Ads and earn accordingly. However, depending upon the Plan chosen by you, there would be a maximum limit of Ad Posting after the Training. • After the end of your training period you will be required to submit the report about the number of Ads you have posted. (The report-form has been attached with the e-mail) • Posting each Ad requires a maximum 2-4 minutes, depending upon the website. • You are now a ‘E-Project’ trainee. Your training period may last from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, depending upon your caliber and efficiency of Ad Posts. You will earn even for the work done during the training period. • E-Project is not a get-quick-money scheme. It is like any other office work where you have to work sincerely for earning income except here you don’t have to attend any office. Procedure : STEP - I : Make a Gmail Id. This Gmail id would be valid for the training period only. On successful opening of the Gmail account, you will be giving us this Gmail Id and its Password to – [protected]@hubprojects.in ASAP. After this you can start the work as illustrated below. * * The following descriptions holds good only for the training period. After completion of training you would receive a complete new PDF describing the products you have been assigned for advertising. 1) During this 2 Weeks training period you are allowed to post advertisements only of ‘Hub Projects’ based on the efficiency of which you would be given products. 2) Your earnings would be as per the following during the training period : Rs.25/- for each Ad Post. Total Number of Ad Posts during 2 Weeks Training : 1500 Total Income in 2 weeks : 25x1500 = Rs.37500/- The payment for the Training would be paid at the end of the 2 weeks Training period. 3) During the training period you have to post a minimum 1500 ads in 2 weeks (ie. 100 Ads per day). This is a very easy target, requiring only 4-5 hours per day and is completed by all of our trainees. Your training period will not get over as long as you do not post 1500 Ads in 2 weeks. You have to Post Ads in any 150 websites from the above list of 300+ websites. 2). To post Ads, you have to register in the websites with your Gmail Id made in Step-I Registering with these websites is easy and takes just a few minutes. For Quikr.com : Click ‘Register’ on the upper right side of the Home page. Fill up your Name, Gmail username, Gmail Password, Gmail email, your city. ‘REGISTER’ For olx.in : Click ‘Register’ on the upper right side of the Home Page. Fill up your Gmail username, Gmail email, Gmail Password, Click on ‘Individual’. Then ’ REGISTER’ For Click.in : Click ‘REGISTER’ from the upper part of the homepage and fill the form with the Gmail Id and password. Follow similar steps for the rest of the websites. 3). Not all websites have REGISTRATION option. In such websites you can post Ads directly without registration. Such websites sends a confirmation link to your Email Id, which you have to click for activating your Ad. 4). You can NOT post more than 10 Ads in any 1 website. You have to post 1500 Ads in 2 weeks ie. 10 Ads in each of the 150 websites. 5). You can NOT post more than 1 Ad of the same City in 1 website, ie. Each website should have 10 Ads of 10 DIFFERENT cities assigned to you. 6). You have received a list of Cities for Advertisement. You have to post a minimum 30 Ads in 2 weeks for each city. 7). You can post any number of Ads per day or per week, but the total Ads at the end of 2 weeks must be 1500. It is advised to work in an organized way. You can register in 7-8 Websites everyday and complete 100 Ads per day. STEP – III : Posting an Ad : We have a large number of Clients with a variety of products who have contract with us for advertising their products. We distribute these Ad Posting works to our employees like you. You will find out that Ad Posting is an easy Copy-Paste work but our clients need perfection and on-Time advertising. Therefore Hub Projects does not allow any new employee to post ads of our clients as they are not experienced and can make mistakes. A new employee has to wait and gain experience for at least 2 weeks to get advertisements of our big Products. You would be required to give advertisements of Hub Projects during the training period. SAMPLE ADVERTISEMENTS OF HUB PROJECTS 1) HUB PROJECTS hereby invites application from eligible candidates for the following post : Online Ad Executive ELIGIBILITY - 1). Must be a citizen of India/Nepal/Bhutan/Bangladesh. 2). Age : Not less than 16yrs. No upper age limit. 3). Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent.
