Adarsh Degree College, Pendurthi — Wrong surname in my certificates

I have studied Bcom in Adarsh degree college. Batch[protected] My surname is Ganapathiraju . But it was changed to Ganapathiraru. The fault is of the degree college. When i spoke with the principal he is asking me to pay the fees for name correction.
