Adarsh Kumar — paytm payment stuck in payment gateway

I was trying to Pay Flipkart from my Paytm bank account on 5th April 2019 but got a payment failed in response after entering the OTP for transaction.
Since then I have tried to contact Paytm many times but they say that Flipkart will notify them in 2 working days about the failed transaction but sadly 13 days have passes and neither Paytm nor Flipkart is responding.
