This to inform that we the residents of Adarsh Sahakari Griha Nirman Swabalambi Samity Ltd., Sonari, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand are in very difficult situation and under continuous pressure and mental torture due to illegal operation, misappropriation and manipulation of societies fund. The society may be declared bankruptcy due illegal operation of bank and the members are always in a threat for the repayment of the loan and overdraft amount . The illegal directors including CEO of the society captured the society and doing business in the name of society and taking loan from banks. In the year 2016, the Deputy Registrar conducted one enquiry and declared many things illegal including few Directors. PNB is the financier of the society. The BOD of the society taking loans and overdrafts every year but there is no clear declaration of repayment of loan amount in the annual statements.The interest part is paid by the society but how capital amount is repaid it is not clear. over all the directors including CEO of the society is illegal . The CEO of the society ruling for last 30 nyears with his muscel power and his associates.
Society never conducted election, in the name of election the group organises selection procedure. The bye laws is also not as per the requirement of the Government rules and regulation. The CEO collects money FORCELY from the members of the society .
Very recently the BOD has misappropriated all immovable assets of the society. there is no remarks or presentations of immovable assets which was previously declared in annual report.
we have lodged a complaint to principal secretary of state Jharkhand and Registrar cooperative Society regarding the manipulation and misappropriation of the society.
Request you to inquire the flow of fund and stop giving loans and over drafts to the society. The members of the ASGNSS Ltd society will not be the responsible for any misappropriation and manipulation for the borrowed amount.
