I no 15720399h Nk Sanjit Kumar dubey have a policy holder and policy number is APS 1267382L is showing leps from 31 dec 2019, but it my premium is deducted every month through PAO (ors) jabalpur, corps of signals automatically, deduction amount showing in my pay slips. I already approached to Addl date Gen APS, (pli cell) Delhi. He told me that non credits of pli premia for the policy for three months ( NOV 2011 TO JAN 2012) so please provide this duration pay slip.I have all pay slip and also have this given period.Nov 2011 and Dec 2011 are not deducted in my pay slips, but jan 2012 is deducted through PAO (ORs) corps of signals, I have a pay slip statement.
So I kindly request you please update my policy.
