Addl Sir Gen Aps Pli Cell — incomplete data transfer to civil post office by aps pli cell while transferring pli policy of aps to civil post office

I have four pli policy no aps[protected]a aps-394978-a aps[protected]a aps-734713-a in army postal service paid upto jun 18 but when these policy transfer to civil post office data shows wrong detail as one policy paid upto may 18 second paid upto apr 18 third paid up to nov 17 and fourth one paid upto apr 17 resulting not able to deposit my premium since jul due to wrong data in civil post office cbs system. Please help
