I had made an online purchase order for a Epson EcoTank L8180 photo printer from www.AddMeCart.com on January 10, 2022 through Axis Bank Internet Banking payment of Rs 45, 899/-, Transaction ID: INB/[protected]/RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PVT LIMITED, dated January 10, 2022.
In fact, I came to know this www.AddMeCart.com site while searching for the above photo printer in the google site.
Before purchase order was put, I had visited their above mentioned e-Commerce site while searching for the photo printer. At that time, this printer model was shown available in the stock in their website. Therefore, I had email to their contact email expressing my desire to purchase the printer from their site. Subsequently, one person from AddMeCart.com called me on my mobile, confirmed me the availability of the printer, and ask me to initiate my order in the website. After getting confirmation, I purchased the printer through Internet Banking payment and received purchased confirmation in my email.
After, placing the purchased order, AddMeCart.com was not shipping the printer even after my repeated request for one week through email for shipping the printer. Then I asked them to give reason for not shipping the printer. On January 17, 2022, they informed me the printer is out of stock. Therefore, on January 18, 2022 I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Subsequently, they informed me by email that my order cancel request is accepted. On January 21, 2022, they again informed that refund process would take 7 to 10 days. However, until today, I have not yet received the refund from this e-Commerce site. I had made several calls and several emails to their contact numbers and email. But they are purposely evading and not responding.

https://www.aetrustscore.com/listing.php?website=AddMeCart.com, and https://www.quora.com/Is-AddMeCart-a-fraud-website that there are several complaints against this e-Commerce site addmecart.com for not shipping the items and also not responding after payments were made.
Contact numbers given in their website are also not working. I could communicate with them through their contact email given in their website for some times; now they are not responding me even after my repeated emails to them.
This e-Commerce site is truly a fake site and purposely made for cheating innocent people after the products are purchased. They have cheated me Rs 45, 899.00.
