J ordered a refurbished mobile phone from addmecart on 26 th October and everything was alright but now they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls I do not recqui6the product anymore I just need the money back .

I ordered a smart watch on addme cart link. i ordered a watch on 12th october 2023 still product was not received and amount also not refund to my account.

Myordarid[protected] i paid22900rs date10/10/2023 but no traking no delivary detailed itom Hitachi split ac.

I have ordered e73 mobile however they have delivered alian product. Now reaching out to customer care as well as mail but nonresponse from there side.

Ordered OnePlus 5t refurbished mobile a month ago. I've received neither product nor refund. I communicated via mails. Customer care number not connecting despite calling many times. I want my money back. Resolve the issues ASAP.

I placed an order for Jio kaypad mobile for an amount of Rs. 1499/- on[protected] and I received a call to confirm the order and I responded stating that I placed the order and I was deceived by saying that my order will be delivered within 5 working days. After a lapse of 28 days now I received a mail with a reason that " Mention the reason for cancellation" Its very sad and bad. I don not know why this type of frauds are recommended by Mr. Sunder P. Initially google was good Now a days Just this type of confusing and unwanted advertisement are misguiding and creating irritations
My humble request is to curtail this type of advertisements on GOOGLE

Add me card i am purchase a smart phone on 25 may 2023 but my order is not delivered by addmy card i am cancel my order last 10 days ago but my amount is not refund by addme card i am complaint many a time but company is not take any action about my complaint

I ordered air cooler in addmecart.com on 20th May 2023 but still they did not deliver my order. I called on 26th for status they told me wait dealer will ship your air cooler.

They don’t have proper answer for delivery the date and product package

Plz help me if they have stock ask them to ship immediately or cancel my order immediately with refund.

My complaint is against GWSDD E-Commerce P.ltd. My complaint is that the number 1 fraud company is this e-commerce. Recently I have placed an air cooler with 3032 ₹ on this site. It will still be 15days. But not delivered yet. No response from them through email and call. That's why I contacted you. So taking these into consideration appropriate action on that company .

I have book a jio mobile and amount deduct by my account and company not delivered a phone please delivered a phone and take a action by company

I ordered a product Usha EL heavy weight press 3710. On 26.03.2023. but I donot recieved any message or any order yet.

I have deposited Rs. 3198.40 vide order No. [protected] on 04.03.2023 for 2 Nos. Havells Ambrose 1200mm Ceiling Fan (Gold Mist Wood) but till date no delivery has been made by Company. I wish to cancel my order and get money back for which I had already sent emails to Addmecart.

I live abroad.. trusting that addme cart company is geniune, I went a head and bought the product..on 25th Feb 2023 till now no response and update from them. Tried calling many times but they never answered the call. I don't know who to contact now..

I had made an online purchase order for a Epson EcoTank L8180 photo printer from www.AddMeCart.com on January 10, 2022 through Axis Bank Internet Banking payment of Rs 45, 899/-, Transaction ID: INB/[protected]/RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PVT LIMITED, dated January 10, 2022.

In fact, I came to know this www.AddMeCart.com site while searching for the above photo printer in the google site.

Before purchase order was put, I had visited their above mentioned e-Commerce site while searching for the photo printer. At that time, this printer model was shown available in the stock in their website. Therefore, I had email to their contact email expressing my desire to purchase the printer from their site. Subsequently, one person from AddMeCart.com called me on my mobile, confirmed me the availability of the printer, and ask me to initiate my order in the website. After getting confirmation, I purchased the printer through Internet Banking payment and received purchased confirmation in my email.

After, placing the purchased order, AddMeCart.com was not shipping the printer even after my repeated request for one week through email for shipping the printer. Then I asked them to give reason for not shipping the printer. On January 17, 2022, they informed me the printer is out of stock. Therefore, on January 18, 2022 I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Subsequently, they informed me by email that my order cancel request is accepted. On January 21, 2022, they again informed that refund process would take 7 to 10 days. However, until today, I have not yet received the refund from this e-Commerce site. I had made several calls and several emails to their contact numbers and email. But they are purposely evading and not responding.

Contact numbers given in their website are also not working. I could communicate with them through their contact email given in their website for some times; now they are not responding me even after my repeated emails to them.

This e-Commerce site is truly a fake site and purposely made for cheating innocent people after the products are purchased. They have cheated me Rs 45, 899.00.
