And i got the the mail that i will receive the product within 4-5 days. After a week i did not get any update from ADDMECART, so i told them to cancel my order n refund my amount. Hello i ordered my jio phone keypad ordered no [protected] on 20 jun 23 and still my order i have not received yet and i have been calling them so many a times but no one responding and now i have requested to cancel my order and get my refund back asap but still they are not replying to my mails or calls as well so this is very ridiculous website i have seen so far as i have a proof as well to share it so please get in touch with them and get my refund back to me asap plz i need help to get my refund back thank you

My complaint is against GWSDD E-Commerce P.ltd. My complaint is that the number 1 fraud company is this e-commerce. Recently I have placed an air cooler with 3032 ₹ on this site. It will still be 15days. But not delivered yet. No response from them through email and call. That's why I contacted you. So taking these into consideration appropriate action on that company .

I have book a jio mobile and amount deduct by my account and company not delivered a phone please delivered a phone and take a action by company

I ordered a product Usha EL heavy weight press 3710. On 26.03.2023. but I donot recieved any message or any order yet.
Please do the needful.

I have deposited Rs. 3198.40 vide order No. [protected] on 04.03.2023 for 2 Nos. Havells Ambrose 1200mm Ceiling Fan (Gold Mist Wood) but till date no delivery has been made by Company. I wish to cancel my order and get money back for which I had already sent emails to Addmecart.

I live abroad.. trusting that addme cart company is geniune, I went a head and bought the product..on 25th Feb 2023 till now no response and update from them. Tried calling many times but they never answered the call. I don't know who to contact now..

I had made an online purchase order for a Epson EcoTank L8180 photo printer from www.AddMeCart.com on January 10, 2022 through Axis Bank Internet Banking payment of Rs 45, 899/-, Transaction ID: INB/[protected]/RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PVT LIMITED, dated January 10, 2022.

In fact, I came to know this www.AddMeCart.com site while searching for the above photo printer in the google site.

Before purchase order was put, I had visited their above mentioned e-Commerce site while searching for the photo printer. At that time, this printer model was shown available in the stock in their website. Therefore, I had email to their contact email expressing my desire to purchase the printer from their site. Subsequently, one person from AddMeCart.com called me on my mobile, confirmed me the availability of the printer, and ask me to initiate my order in the website. After getting confirmation, I purchased the printer through Internet Banking payment and received purchased confirmation in my email.

After, placing the purchased order, AddMeCart.com was not shipping the printer even after my repeated request for one week through email for shipping the printer. Then I asked them to give reason for not shipping the printer. On January 17, 2022, they informed me the printer is out of stock. Therefore, on January 18, 2022 I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Subsequently, they informed me by email that my order cancel request is accepted. On January 21, 2022, they again informed that refund process would take 7 to 10 days. However, until today, I have not yet received the refund from this e-Commerce site. I had made several calls and several emails to their contact numbers and email. But they are purposely evading and not responding.

Contact numbers given in their website are also not working. I could communicate with them through their contact email given in their website for some times; now they are not responding me even after my repeated emails to them.

This e-Commerce site is truly a fake site and purposely made for cheating innocent people after the products are purchased. They have cheated me Rs 45, 899.00.
