I had ordered for a Sansui Three Star Split Dual Inverter AC from https://www.addmecart.com/ on 24.06.2022 and the same is yet to be delivered or the money refunded . The order number was [protected] . I had paid via UPI and the amount was Rs28800 .
I had written a E mail to them on 27.06.2022 requesting for a status update and they had said that the lead had been passed to a dealer . They were unreachable on their help line number +91 -[protected] and a follow up mail had bounced on 29th of June the message read as below Arrival-Date: Wed, 29 Jun 2022 03:09:40 -0400

I was forced to lodge a police complaint on 29.06.2022 ( copy enclosed ) as I was already afraid that this was an online scam .
I received a call on my registered mobile number on the same day around 12 pm from their helpline number and a lady informed me that they do not have my ordered product in stock and they were offering me an O General AC instead . I flatly refused and asked for a refund . The lady said that refund was handled by another department and though they have policy that the refund would happen within 10-12 days, the same might take a longer time .
I tried E mailing them to intimate that I want to cancel the order and want a full refund, however that mail also bounced .
I earnestly request your urgent intervention so that I can get a 100% refund . Enclosed a copy of the police complaint .
