I didn't get my refund for the order #[protected]. This order was canceled 1 year ago. Still i didn't get my money back i.e RS 2799/-. I sent several mails and contacted through what's app chat on +[protected] and nobody responding on that.

Don’t bye any products in this website.

They sent damaged and refurbished products with worst condition. Please don’t buy any products in this Addmecart site. Once u paid they can’t refund . Amount Swaga

I have ordered OnePlus Nord 2 5G mobile on addmecart.com website on June 27th 2022 with order details mentioned below in the pic. It has been almost one month till date and I didn't recieve the order. They are not even responding through phone. I have tried all the ways to contact but them there is no response. The delivery partner is delhivery.com and they are not responsibly handling the situation. So please help me out of this situation by taking action as soon as possible

Have ordered and money deposited for an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 256GB,
Sierra Blue but to date has not received the product. Also, have send mails but no response from their side and their customer care number also does not exists. Want to take action....

Its been a weeks still couldnot track about the profuct

I had ordered for a Sansui Three Star Split Dual Inverter AC from https://www.addmecart.com/ on 24.06.2022 and the same is yet to be delivered or the money refunded . The order number was [protected] . I had paid via UPI and the amount was Rs28800 .
I had written a E mail to them on 27.06.2022 requesting for a status update and they had said that the lead had been passed to a dealer . They were unreachable on their help line number +91 -[protected] and a follow up mail had bounced on 29th of June the message read as below Arrival-Date: Wed, 29 Jun 2022 03:09:40 -0400

I was forced to lodge a police complaint on 29.06.2022 ( copy enclosed ) as I was already afraid that this was an online scam .
I received a call on my registered mobile number on the same day around 12 pm from their helpline number and a lady informed me that they do not have my ordered product in stock and they were offering me an O General AC instead . I flatly refused and asked for a refund . The lady said that refund was handled by another department and though they have policy that the refund would happen within 10-12 days, the same might take a longer time .
I tried E mailing them to intimate that I want to cancel the order and want a full refund, however that mail also bounced .
I earnestly request your urgent intervention so that I can get a 100% refund . Enclosed a copy of the police complaint .

Hello Sir/Madam,

I saw a product on addmecart site so I decided to purchase it but even though I made the payment of 1070rs against the product Oppo Reno 6 mobile I didn't received the confirmation of product purchase and order Id.

Helpline No - +### only support from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Can you please help to get my money back and take strict actions towards the fraud company above mentioned.

The refurbished product (JIOFI) which I ordered isn't working and there is no way to contact the customer care.
The AVR repeats the same msg and then the call gets disconnected.

I have ordered for anew Split AC Sansui 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Dual Inverter AC with PM 2.5 Filter - White, Gold × 1, and paid Rs 28800 via UPI and received a confirmation of the order number as #[protected] on 24.06.2022.
The status of the order has been changed to passed to dealer on the 25th and since then there has been no action .
Neither is the help line number working [protected], neither is their E Mail ID functional ('[protected]@addmecart.com') as the inbox is full and messages are bouncing .

Need your urgent intervention and advise, whether I should file a FIR on the above matter

You people are pathetic, you have not yet confirmed the order to me even when I have paid the amount

I have order jio dongle for 1700.They gave me used and not working dongle.i have sent all the images and videos sti i didn't get any reply from them.
They are not responding and not refunding my money.please reslove this issue and got my money back.
