I have ordered online on 19th July, 2022 with full payment but while tracking it is showing partial payment and still material not dispatched.

I have emailed him several times but still no response from them.

Kindly help me out to get delivery or refund of my money.

Grievance Details--- I placed an order in a web site named addmecart on dated[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.11595.00.
Addmecart, Mail [protected]@addmecart.com Product--Life digital zed series two in one laptop, Date of order[protected], Order id---[protected], Amount paid---Rs.11595.00,

I did not get any update of the order so later on September, requested for the cancellation and asked them for the refund.
They have accepted and said that they will refund the money.
But till date did not get the refund.
I want my refund, so plz. help how to proceed.

I ordered for smart tv by paying online as mentioned in offer by addmecart on May 2022.
Still not received product, tried customer care many times, once a guy took call and told there are 500orders hence delayed, so I requested for refund, he told will call during my order arrives in que, but still no refund or product.
Please take action on this site save consumers

My Order #[protected] was placed on July 20, 2022 and is currently Passed To Dealer. after that no status change nobody is lifting phone in cancel department. I would like to cancel my order and requesting you to refund. Kindly do the needful.

I didn't get my refund for the order #[protected]. This order was canceled 1 year ago. Still i didn't get my money back i.e RS 2799/-. I sent several mails and contacted through what's app chat on +[protected] and nobody responding on that.

Don’t bye any products in this website.

They sent damaged and refurbished products with worst condition. Please don’t buy any products in this Addmecart site. Once u paid they can’t refund . Amount Swaga

I have ordered OnePlus Nord 2 5G mobile on addmecart.com website on June 27th 2022 with order details mentioned below in the pic. It has been almost one month till date and I didn't recieve the order. They are not even responding through phone. I have tried all the ways to contact but them there is no response. The delivery partner is delhivery.com and they are not responsibly handling the situation. So please help me out of this situation by taking action as soon as possible

I Have Deposited Money for a Oppo reno 7 pro 5G smartphone| 12Gb 256Gb but display in Partial payment and i do not receive the mobile phone.I want you to take action against Addmecart for these matter.

I had ordered for a Sansui Three Star Split Dual Inverter AC from https://www.addmecart.com/ on 24.06.2022 and the same is yet to be delivered or the money refunded . The order number was [protected] . I had paid via UPI and the amount was Rs28800 .
I had written a E mail to them on 27.06.2022 requesting for a status update and they had said that the lead had been passed to a dealer . I was forced to lodge a police complaint on 29.06.2022 ( copy enclosed ) as I was already afraid that this was an online scam .
I received a call on my registered mobile number on the same day around 12 pm from their helpline number and a lady informed me that they do not have my ordered product in stock and they were offering me an O General AC instead . I flatly refused and asked for a refund . The lady said that refund was handled by another department and though they have policy that the refund would happen within 10-12 days, the same might take a longer time .
I tried E mailing them to intimate that I want to cancel the order and want a full refund, however that mail also bounced .
I earnestly request your urgent intervention so that I can get a 100% refund . Enclosed a copy of the police complaint .

Hello Sir/Madam,

I saw a product on addmecart site so I decided to purchase it but even though I made the payment of 1070rs against the product Oppo Reno 6 mobile I didn't received the confirmation of product purchase and order Id.

Helpline No - +### only support from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Can you please help to get my money back and take strict actions towards the fraud company above mentioned.

The refurbished product (JIOFI) which I ordered isn't working and there is no way to contact the customer care.
The AVR repeats the same msg and then the call gets disconnected.

I have ordered for anew Split AC Sansui 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Dual Inverter AC with PM 2.5 Filter - White, Gold × 1, and paid Rs 28800 via UPI and received a confirmation of the order number as #[protected] on 24.06.2022.
The status of the order has been changed to passed to dealer on the 25th and since then there has been no action .
Neither is the help line number working [protected], neither is their E Mail ID functional ('[protected]@addmecart.com') as the inbox is full and messages are bouncing .

Need your urgent intervention and advise, whether I should file a FIR on the above matter

I have odred a oneplus nord 2 on this website . But later I realise that there is some suspious, so I tried to contact with the agency, but the contact no was unavalabile. So I am suposed to be returned my money .of ruppes 970

I had ordered Air condition of Rs.22843.00 my order id is : [protected] dt : 06 feb.2022 & made the payment to them . Add me cart was not able to deliver the product on time so i cancelled my order on 18th Feb 2022, we have got there mail in written of order cancellation on 2nd march 2022 saying that the refund amount will be processed in 7-10 working days, but till date i.e. 12/06/2022 we have not received . We have mailed them several times & called there customer care several times but there is no response from there side . I request to get my amount refunded . I had already send them my bank details also as they asked for the same to refund my payment .
