Order - #[protected] on January 20, 2022 for - Pigeon Kessel Multipurpose Kettle (12173) 1.2 litres with Stainless Steel Body

I have ordered a quad bike of rupees 29999 on 5 jan 2022 till now there is no response.please don’t order any product from this addmecart site it’s a fraud site

I have ordered Oneplus Bullets Z bluetooth headset on 04/03/2022 (order id[protected] COD 1970. The item delivered was different and the product was refurrbished even though in website it is shown as brand new.

Tried to call customer service 4, 5 times every day and no response from them. I have mailed also but no proper response i hace received.

Customer support service is very pathetic!!!

Yesterday I ordered OnePlus 7 pro from addmecart website and I did the payment online using debit card... After they received their payment... They just vanished... They didn't reply back and sent me email or text message about delivery details or anything... Now I want to cancel my order and get myself refunded

I have ordered a washing machine vide reference number [protected] on 27th Feb 2022.

On the following day one of the representative called me and told me that my order is verifying and confirming now and will be getting delivered within 6 to 7 days.

When I asked why this number of days he told me it's coming from Madya Pradesh and I told him Ok Then.

Now more than 7 days and I tried to reach through the following numbers several times but I was not able to reach any customer service guys.

and now i am very worried about my money since I totally fed up the services.

There's no communication or updates about the order but couple of days ago when i check the order status it's noticed that OUT OF STOCK and its remain same now as well.

So humbly request to respond for this complaint immediately or else to proceed with the cancellation of order and to get my money refunded.

Early action will be highly appreciated.

I ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy F41 (6gb + 128 gb) mobile through Axis bank credit card from Addmecart online store on 30/01/2022.

They confirmed the order by calling +91-[protected] at 11.54 am the next day (01/02/2022). Then they informed that the product will be dispatched within 5 days. But, as the phone had not been dispatched for more than a week, I called them on +91-[protected] (provided on the Addmecart website) to cancel the order. The call was connected after several attempts. I told him to cancel and within a while the call automatically disconnected.
After that I sent them a mail on 31/01/2022 at 2.53 pm (mail id:- [protected]@addmecart.com) and asking them to cancel the order. They later accepted the cancellation request and updated it on the website.
Since then, I have sent several emails asking for a refund. But they only respond occasionally.
One month after ordering, the phone has not been received or the cash refund has not been received. Currently, I can't communicate with them by calling any of the two numbers given above. If I send a mail to them, they will not give a replay.

I have attached some screen shot of the mail i sent them and the mail they sent me.

I have placed my order on January 17 ...they (addmecart) mentioned that your order will be placed in next 7 days ...then after 7 days I called them and they again told me the same thing that your order will be placed in next 7 days...& the cycle goes on...Now it has been one and half month passed but neither my order is received nor my money is refunded...
I am very fed up with addmecart...they neither receive my calls nor replies to my mail ...
Now I just wanted to cancel my order and want to refund my money as soon as possible...
Pls help me 🙏

Total fraud..no dealer or accountability.Had paid in full but since 4weeksnosignor indication of phone..am planning legal action..cananyone help. Also phone is on continousloopso you can't talk to any one

Refund my money back, till now not delivered my product and not refund my money, placed order on Feb 8, 2022. Not given proper response to the costumers, cancel my product and refund my money

Cancelled order after finding the website is fradulent. Money is not being refunded after multiple followups.

I Animesh Chakraborty, ordered Apple Ipad2 Gen Cellular 32gb refurbished product on 6th Nov' 21. They acknowledged my order to my mail id And were there on whatsapp [protected]. I tried to get updates from them regarding my delivery and they continued lingering like process after 3-4 days then further & further this continued for one month after which I demanded for my payment refund. Through WhatsApp and Email. Here too they kept lingering that it's on process then they asked for Bank account details to initiate my refund. I provided them. Then last email 15 days back they said they forwarded to some particular Sr Executive. Since then they have blocked my mail responses and my watsapp responses. There is no other way of contact with them. Kindly help to initiate my refund I am a middle class man opted for this product for my 5 yr old daughter's online classes and cartoons. Kindly help me I shall be grateful

Plzz help me cancle my order and refund my money

I ordered & paid online for Boat airdopes 121v2 on 11th Dec on addmecart online shopping portal. On receiving the product, I found it duplicate, defective & non-working. I want to get my money back & have them prosecuted under criminal & forgery acts. Please help to grab these fraudsters & destroy this fake business of duping innocent & lower middle class people who already struggle to earn their livelihood.
