I ordered & paid online for Boat airdopes 121v2 on 11th Dec on addmecart online shopping portal. On receiving the product, I found it duplicate, defective & non-working. I want to get my money back & have them prosecuted under criminal & forgery acts. Please help to grab these fraudsters & destroy this fake business of duping innocent & lower middle class people who already struggle to earn their livelihood.

On 30th the delivery was ordered, but till now no update, the numbers given also no response.

I have ordered Jio fi router. but i received wrong and damaged product. could not return the order also, not getting any response from company side. worst website i ever seen.

To whom it may concern/customer service manager,

I bitterly regret to inform you of the pathetic customer service team you have to deal with your customer. I have ordered the item in October 2020 (Order number: [protected]) For since last year I am trying to get my refund for your negligence to deliver the product. Surely I understood that your company proved you are there to loot from customers. This will be my last email documented for my legal action against your company. As I have all recorded proof and several piled-up emails I have not received the refund and the response from your brainless customer service. You guaranteed that I can retain my money back if I am not satisfied with the product. As I obtain all the emails recorded your company failed to oblige the service which you are supposed to provide. Furthermore, I have included in this letter some documents which will support the claim that I am pursuing.

Totally I am interfered with and I scarcely trust this is not the way Addmecart does business and Shivansh Singh remains the person who always comes back and repeats the same thing which irritates me that the senior manager will get back to me regards to my refund. Presently I come to a decision to access legal help as per the right I have as a consumer and the proof of emails I have in my record.

Please note it's not a matter of refund money you are giving me, it indicates something to be respectful as customer service should have some standard which your company doesn't have that eligibility to attain by this way.
In conclusion, I impatiently expect a reply from your team and my refund before November 22nd at 12 am. As per the advice from my lawyer, I have given you the final notice with time, if I don't get any response from your company then I promise this will a lawsuit.

As a distressed customer, my advice is that this way you do business will never retain your customers and soon I can see you bankrupted or blacklisted. To avoid I hope you spend some time learning manners and training your customer service team who respond to me on WhatsApp and emails without a basic commonsense. If you are not learning from a dissatisfied customer you will never learn at all.

I had book Aiwa smart LED tv dated 06th nov 2021 from addmecart on line shopping with payment of Rs.12000/ through online banking ICICI bank .My order no is [protected] but till date our order not shipped and send many email to addmecart but they are not responding me and not initiate cancellation of order and not refund my amount.Please take action against fraud website of addmecart they are making fraud with public and snatching mony from public as LUTERE.

Our ordere for Exide Insta 150AH 2 nos is yet to be supplied by this website. We have paid 19000/- rupees by NetBanking. It's now almost one month.

I had an order with addmecart ( order#[protected]) on 6/7/21. I get confirmation on the same with a message that the ordered item will be delivered within 4 to 5 days and confirmation with tracking number will be send after despatch of material. But after 30 days passed, the above said item they does not dispatched. So i decided to cancel the order and asked to refund my payment at the earliest. During the frequent days i am dropping mails and chat with whatsapp to get my payment but your response was very poor.

I have ordered a Philips cassette player on dated 20 July 2021 order number [protected] and I have cancelled it due to non availability of stock on same day but till now after more than three and half months my money is not refunded by them.

I mailed many time to addmecart but no reply so I want to refund my money otherwise I complain a file against add me cart in my nearest police station and cyber crime office.

AddMeCart is d6fraudulent activities, mostly they not delivered product and if delivered so product refurbished and defective, if you want in than there is no working contact number, they nut give reply of your any email also no refund.

But one thing very sure they will get rewards for their cheating activities. NO ONE CAN ESCAPE, MUST UNDERGO PUNISHMENT.
