    Used product

    I had ordered JioFi JDR740 150 Mbps dongle from Addmecart worth Rs. 2899 on 29th July 2021. I received my product and turns out that it is a second hand product. Kindly refer to the pictures attached to see the condition of the product. I wish to return this product and get my refund. However, the company is not replying to my messages. Please help me resolve this issue....

    This is such ### company, doing fraudulent activities, mostly they not delivered product and if delivered so product will wrong and defective, if you want to complain than there is no contact number, they nut give reply of your any email.
    They are doing scammed from so many years and Govt agencies also corrupted. Thats why these type company doing their business openly....

        I was order on 8th July still not received. After the payment they just send some message of confirmation.later they feel like thier work is done.

        Don't order anything from this website. Waste of time. Suppose if the price was little more better go for standard e .com website.

        Once you order the product they don't have proper channel to respond. Once payment is done its gone. When God is there you will get your product otherwise you need to wait for your day.

        They will send useless link for tracking it is not at all useful. Their delivary partner www.delhivery.com is an another worst services. Don't believe me just see their Facebook page and how costumer are suffering

        Finally avoid both addmecart.com and delhivery.com

        Any way finally it was got delivered something which not I'm ordered. Picture they showed and delivered completly different and Without charger for modem. Looks like it refurbished ( ok ordered same) and same time second hand( which I'm not opted) Fake guys Not at all recommend for future shopping

        Same thing happened to me, they are sending very old rubbish item. Please avoid such companies and send messages to all groups to get rid off them. Atleast others may escape.

        I ordered a cycle on February 7, 2022.Since there was no dispatch after one week, I cancelled the order.

                I ordered (no. [protected]) with AddMeCart 3 Mi Notebooks worth Rs. 1 lakh through guest checkout. After ordering, I was not provided with my shipping dates, expected delivery dates, link to track my order page, etc. I'm unable to find my order details after creating my account with that same email ID.

                As per their T&C, I wanted to cancel my order within few hours of placing it which I can not (no order page link). After asking their support to cancel it and proceed with my refund, they are denying to cancel it and forcing me to wait for the dispatch. The dispatch dates are also late as per their T&C which is also my reason for cancellation. I'm sharing my order details screenshots and SMS which I've got till now

                        I have ordered Jio router amounting Rs. 1670/-
                        And I got SMS immediately saying your order no. #[protected] with AddMeCart has been changed to processing. download App load.bz/oBBn. On downloading app, no order details is seen on it.

                        Again on dated 11.6.21 SMS received from QP GWSDDE saying status of your order #[protected] with AddMeCart has been changed to passed-to-dealer. download App load.bz/oBBn.

                        Then after on 14.6.21 SMS received from same sender saying status of your order #[protected] with AddMeCart has been changed to completed. download app load.bz/oBBn.

                        As stated in app, I have mailed to info. addmecart.com to know the status. Also sent messages on given whatsapp no. [protected], to know the status.

                        However no reply received till today, neither through email nor through whatsapp.

                        Kindly do me a favour by refunding my amount from addmecart.

                          I purchased a JIo 4G Hotspot Device from AddMeCart website on January 22, 2021 using my debit card.

                          SInce the device was not delivered on time the order was cancelled and material was not delivered. Whenever I requested for refund eventhogh they said they will provide refund still it is not credited to my account. It has been around 2 months I am behind this issue. Please sort it out for me.
