Adel Landmarks Limited — Construction Halted

Hi, I have booked a 3BHK flat in ADEL Landmarks Limited project Cosmo court (Tower A) in Sector 86 Gurgaon in 2012. The allotment was done in Feb 2013 and the BBA was signed in September 2013. I have already paid 32.5% of the money (i.e 20 lakhs) at the time of allotment which was a pre-condition for allotment. The construction at the site has been halted for more than a year now. I have sent numerous mails to the customer care to know the status of the construction of Tower A but there has been no response from them. My hard earned money is blocked for more than 2.5 years. None of the banks are offering loan on the project at present. I just want to know when is the construction likely to restart and also what are future prospects of the project. Not sure what is the reason of construction not moving for so long. I wish to seek a refund of my money along with the interest @24%. Please advice. Regards Malhotra
