Adhaar — Technical Exception

Respected Sir's,
I am a university student doing my post graduation on the ground of felloship, My Adhaar on UIDAI shows TECHNICAL EXCEPTION every time from one and half months to this date of posting.
sir, i live in different city, my SBI bank account branch is NANDED. Whenever I send my father in Bank; Bank officials says your account is linked with adhaar from 2016, i already did adhaar seeding for NPCI MAPPING as my fellowship comes from AICTE under monitoring of PFMS which takes data from NPCI MAPPER site, still my BANK BENIFICIARY ID is not generated. Not too many days remained that's why i had to submit the complaint to the consumer forum. Please solve this all at once.
