I had contacted the maid agency through Google ads suggestion. I was looking for housemaid for 8 hours.
Sunita Gaikwad told me that she is the owner of the agency and the contact number was [protected].
She asked me to pay Rs 7500 as agency fees and the fees need to be paid in advance.
She had shared four profiles of maid and I was promised that my preferred maid will join from the next day. She also told me that maids are from my nearby area.
Ms Pratibha from their agency (contact number: [protected]) visited my home for collecting advance amount. I paid 7500 and filled one form.
However, not a single maid visited my home. I followed up for 10 days and everytime I was told that some different maid will join within 2-3 days. I stopped following up due to medical emergency at home and realized later that this agency is fraud and one of the maid even confessed that she lives far away but was told by the agency to lie to me about her address.
I wish I had checked this complaints forum earlier since it has few other similar complaints against the same agency.
