On 03rd April 2026, I entered into a formal service agreement (Contract No. 490) with Adhar Maid Services for the provision of a 24-hour live-in full-time maid for my household at the above address, consisting of 3 family members in a 2 BHK home.

As per the contract, I paid Rs. 7, 500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) online as Annual Agency Fees. The company's representative confirmed the booking and sent the signed contract form via WhatsApp.

The accused initially confirmed via WhatsApp that a maid by the name of 'Jagruti' would be sent, to which I replied confirming the same. However, the maid was never provided, nor was any replacement offered.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact the accused on all the above-mentioned phone numbers through voice calls on WhatsApp, they have deliberately stopped responding. My multiple calls were met with no answer across several consecutive days.
. I sent a formal written notice via email on 16th April 2026 from d*****@yahoo.com to [protected]@gmail.com, followed by a final reminder on 24th April 2026, clearly stating that the contract had been breached and demanding an immediate refund of Rs. 7, 500/- along with interest and a penalty for mental agony.

Despite all communications and multiple reminders, no maid has been provided, no refund has been made, and no response has been received from the accused as of today's date.
