[Resolved]  Adhavan Campus World — Product delivery not received

I have ordered a Havells Rechargeable BT9000 Trimmer as a promotion from a HDFC bank @ inr1299 on 18 Sep -2020 which they confirmed as new order and gave me order id#39074 and never delivered even after mentioning that it will be delivered in 14 working days.
Upon my continuous emails to [protected]@matrixrage.com and to [protected]@matrixrage.com all i got from them is complete silence (No reply).
I have then googled about them and all i got is that they have been doing this for long time by asssociating with banks like kotak, axis and icici.
