I paid an amount of 1.5 lakh towards flat booking. The builder (Adhiraj builders, vyapar vihar, bilaspur (Cg) first informed that flat will be hand over in 2 years and after said that flat will not complete before 5 years. The builder said that complete amount will be refunded. I cancelled the flat. Till now 2 bounce cheques given and the amount not refunded. Hence i am complaining on adhiraj builders, bilaspur (Cg) so that my amount can be refunded.
